Dasamoola – the group of ten anti-inflammatory roots is synonymous with the Ayurvedic management of ?Vata – kopa? in the body. Dasamoolahareethaki combines the anti-inflammatory action of Dasamoola with the expectorant action of ?Kaphahara? drugs like Vasa (Adathoda vasica), Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica), Trikatu (Zingiber officinale, Piper longum, Piper nigrum), Rasna (Alpinia galanja) etc. Dasamoola Rasayanam effortlessly pacifies congestion, spasm and inflammation in the upper respiratory tract.
